You may request a return within 7 days of delivery if:

  • The return request is made within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • You provide proof of purchase (e.g., order number or receipt).

❌ Non-Returnable Items

Returns will not be accepted for:

  • Items that are used, damaged, or altered.

  • Return requests made after 7 days from the delivery date.

  • Final sale, clearance, or promotional items.

  • Gift cards or items received in giveaways.

📦 How to Return an Item

  2. Include your order number and the reason for return.

  3. Our team will review your request and provide return instructions.

  4. Ship the item back to the address we provide.

Note: Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item received was incorrect or damaged.

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.
